MIT Mirror Site Program
As of August 2021, Sandstrom & Associates is a supporter of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's OpenCourseWare (OCW) project and the MIT Mirror Site Program (MSP). Since 2002, MIT has published video recordings and course materials for a majority of their courses free of charge. Since then, they have made over 2500 semester-long courses available to over 500 million people. Year after year we witness the dedication teachers bring to their students, this is why we are proud to support an organization whose mission is to further knowledge as a public good.
What is MIT OpenCourseWare?
A free online program where MIT publishes video lectures and materials from hundreds of semester-long undergraduate and graduate level courses. You can use these courses entirely at your own pace and on your own time.
What is the MIT Mirror Site Program?
A free program that provides copies of the MIT OpenCourseWare website on hard drives to educational organizations with limited or costly internet access. This allows your school's students to easily stream MIT's courses.
Who is OCW for?
Everyone! Learning is a lifelong process, that is why both teachers and students can benefit from OCW.

How can I bring the MIT Mirror Site Program to my school?
To be eligible for a free mirror site, your school must:
- Be a non-profit entity
- Have local hosting or workstations to support mirror site use
- Have staff and resources sufficient to maintain the mirror site
