S&A offers retirement and insurance solutions to public school employees. These plans provide individuals the opportunity to save towards retirement automatically from each paycheck.  These savings opportunities help bridge the gap between the loss and need for income in retirement. These plans include, but are not limited to:

  • 403(b) / Roth 403(b) - Savings plans funded directly from each paycheck offering growth potential and additional features. Certificated and Classified public school employees have the flexibility to choose how much to save each pay period up to the annual maximum allowed by the IRS (Maximum 403(b) contribution limits for 2022). 
  • IRA / ROTH IRA - Long term savings offering growth potential and additional features. Do you have a loved one who is not a public school employee, but is also in need of retirement or insurance solutions? Talk to our team to discover the benefits and if they will qualify for an individual retirement account.  Individuals may contribute up to the maximum allowed by the IRS (Maximum IRA contribution limits for 2022).
  • Life Insurance Individuals are typically offered a base life insurance plan through their employer while employed. Understanding the coverage you may have in place and plans to meet your insurance needs is imperative. These insurance opportunities provide a resource to help bridge the gap from the coverage provided and coverage needed to meet your insurance goals.  These plans include, but are not limited to:
